This book is the most comprehensive and understandable writing on such a complex topic like; PTSD and its management. An amazing aspect of this book is that you don’t have to be a psychologist to understand this writing, but anyone who read this book will be able to understand PTSD very well. It can help anyone to help his/her loved one to come out of traumas that have led them to PTSD.

The writer; has quoted daily life scenarios to make the reader understand how to feels to be a PTSD victim. And how can anyone know if someone is suffering from PTSD. And introduction to this mental illness is presented with references from authenticated sites and societies established for this purpose by health care authorities.

Although there is an absence of provision of test to differentiate between PTSD & C-PTSD but this book will help you to differentiate these conditions with thorough understanding towards their causes and symptoms of development. If you are worried about understanding signs of this illness then this book will help you to go through every important detail of signs, symptoms and triggers of PTSD.

It not only describes that how patient lives and their relationships could be impacted with PTSD but also brings its reader to go along with the details of different parts of brain that how are they affected with this mental illness.
